Our experienced staff is a great resource for patients in need of information about IVF program costs, insurance coverage, or ways to go about comparing fertility clinics. For general information about insurance and costs, please see the details below.
The Midwest Center for Reproductive Health consists of three separate entities:
Alpha provides services for consultations, diagnostic and IUI treatment and is currently a participating provider with some of the major insurance companies.
MCRH provides services for all IVF/ART procedures and for out-of-network general infertility patients. MCRH is out-of-network with all insurance companies however, as a convenience for our patients; we take care of submitting claims to insurance when there is coverage for ART procedures.
GPRC provides consultation services for those received at our MCRH satellite clinics and is a participating provider with some of the major insurance companies.
Please use caution when comparing prices with other fertility centers. Make sure you are aware of what is and is not included in the package price quoted. Our MCRH Cost Comparison Worksheet is an excellent resource to help evaluate treatment costs. For further details, we have put together an IVF Commonly Asked Questions Guide. For more specific information, please call our business office at 763.494.7736.

The MCRH 'VIP' Vested Interest Program allows our patients to pay only for successful IVF treatments. This program provides a 90 percent refund of the VIP fee in the event your IVF treatment is unsuccessful. Though our IVF success rates are among the highest in the nation, more than one treatment may be required before a pregnancy is achieved. The MCRH VIP gives our patients every opportunity to succeed with IVF, without the financial risk that normally accompanies multiple treatments.
For a fixed and discounted fee, you have one year and up to three fresh IVF cycles to achieve pregnancy. Should you have frozen embryos, you have the option of completing additional frozen embryo cycles within your treatment year. If treatment isn't successful, you'll receive a 90 percent refund, leaving your resources intact to pursue other family building options. If you elect to apply for the VIP, your medical records and IVF prescreening tests will be reviewed to determine if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you meet the criteria, a VIP pre-payment of $20,500 will be made to MCRH prior to your first cycle. You will also be responsible for medication and monitoring costs per cycle.
Please review the success rates section to learn more about MCRH's world-class pregnancy rates in our IVF program. To find out if the MCRH VIP can work for you, call our business office at 763.494.7736.
