Administrative Staff

We are a specialized, family-oriented team of highly experienced professionals, committed to working with our patients on a personal level. As the MCRH care team, we have the opportunity to get to know quite a bit about our patients and their lives. Since our relationships are built on trust, we feel it is very important for patients to get to know a little bit about us as well.

Meet our Admin Staff

Ginny, Patient Care Coordinator

Ginny has a 15-year history in various roles in the health care industry, as patient care coordinator, business office representative, and medical transcriptionist. She received her education at Herzing University, as well as Hennepin Technical College, in healthcare administration programs. Ginny started with MCRH in the spring of 2014. She takes great pride in making each patient feel comfortable and welcome.

In addition to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator, she also works as Administrative Assistant to Dr. Corfman. In her free time, Ginny enjoys spending time with her family and daughter, attending her daughter’s dance activities, running, and cooking. She feels very lucky to work with such a caring team that helps patients on their way to parenthood.

Karen, Patient Care Coordinator

Karen began her experience in the medical industry over 15 years ago. She has a diverse background in the medical field that includes imaging, neurology and pain care, as well as obstetrics and gynecology. Karla, Compliance Officer, Registered Nurse

Karla is one of the founding members of the MCRH team and plays a critical role in the inner workings of the clinic. Although she currently works in office management, Karla originally joined MCRH as head nurse. Her background includes ten years as a nurse at the Mayo Clinic, five of those years as the nursing supervisor with the Fertility Department. In 1992, she re-located to the Twin Cities to help establish MCRH.

Karla earned her R.N. degree in Rochester, Minnesota, and is a member of ASRM and MMGMA. Of her work at MCRH, she says, "I try to appreciate the challenges our patients face and find it very rewarding that they allow us to assist them on their personal journeys." In her spare time she enjoys road trips, music, being a sports spectator and treasures her time with family and friends.

Diane, Business Office Counselor

Diane joined MCRH in 1997. She considers the staff and patients as family. Diane describes her experiences with MCRH as an opportunity to help people through a very difficult time in their lives. In her position as a Business Office Specialist, she is responsible for daily business activities, as well as educating patients about MCRH services and health insurance information.

Growing up in a family with nine brothers, Diane learned the importance of family very early. Raised in Minnesota, Diane's marriage to a military man sent the couple to the west coast, inhabiting states such as California and Washington. When her husband was stationed overseas, Diane returned to the familiar comfort of her home state. She worked as a stay-at-home mom and in an OB/GYN clinic before joining the team at MCRH.

Sara, Business Office Manager

Business savvy with a soft touch, perfectly describes Sara’s approach to her role as Business Office Manager at MCRH. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and has put her organizational skills to work ever since joining the MCRH team in 2010. Sara is also a member of ASRM and MMGMA.

Sara firmly believes in the MCRH philosophy of treating patients like family. She finds it incredibly rewarding to have a role in helping MCRH patients on their path to parenthood. Sara lives with her husband and two children in Andover, MN.
