The first step in overcoming infertility is a correct diagnosis. Once the cause of the problem has been determined, an appropriate treatment plan can be recommended.

At The Midwest Center for Reproductive Health, P.A. (MCRH), we strive to make the process of initiating infertility treatment as simple and stress-free as possible. Before your first appointment, you will need to complete a few new patient forms. During your initial consultation, the doctor will review your history, answer any questions you may have and form a preliminary plan for testing, diagnosis and treatment.
