Regular IVF Cycles
The Midwest Center for Reproductive Health (MCRH) bills for IVF related services and is considered an out-of-network provider for most major insurance companies. However, we do participate as an in-network provider for Health Partners.

One fresh cycle of in vitro fertilization will cost approximately $17,000 - $19,000. If a third party (egg donor, gestational carrier) is involved, the costs will range from $22,000 - $25,000. 90% IVF Refund Program
The MCRH 'VIP' Vested Interest Program allows our patients to pay only for successful IVF treatments. This program provides a 90 percent refund of the VIP fee in the event your IVF treatment is unsuccessful. Though our IVF success rates are among the highest in the nation, more than one treatment may be required before a pregnancy is achieved. The MCRH VIP gives our patients every opportunity to succeed with IVF, without the financial risk that normally accompanies multiple treatments.

For a fixed and discounted fee, you have one year and up to three fresh IVF cycles to achieve pregnancy. Should you have frozen embryos, you have the option of completing additional frozen embryo cycles within your treatment year. If treatment isn't successful you'll receive a 90 percent refund, leaving your resources intact to pursue other family building options. If you elect to apply for the VIP, your medical records and IVF prescreening tests will be reviewed to determine if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you meet the criteria, a VIP payment of $20,500 will be made to MCRH prior to your first cycle.
