We are a specialized, family-oriented team of highly experienced professionals, committed to working with our patients on a personal level. While it is important for us to learn about our patients, it is also important for you to know a bit about the people who will be working with you.
Ashley, IVF Laboratory Supervisor/Lead Embryologist
Ashley joined MCRH in February 2011 as the IVF Laboratory Supervisor. In her role, she is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the IVF lab at MCRH. With over twelve years working in the human embryology field, Ashley is also a functioning embryologist and routinely performs laboratory procedures to help maximize outcomes and success for MCRH patients.
Trained at the University of Minnesota, Ashley holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree. In addition, she has a Technical Supervisor Certificate from the American Association of Bioanalysts and is a member of ASRM, College of Reproductive Biology (CRB) and the Society of Reproductive Biologists and Technologist (SRBT).
Ashley lives with her husband and three active children and says the joy and love she receives from them is what inspires her to work with patients to help them create a family of their own.
Jodi, Andrology Lab Supervisor/Embryologist
Jodi began her work in the MCRH lab in 2000 and today serves the practice as both the Andrology Lab Supervisor and an Embryologist. In these positions, Jodi performs routine lab testing, semen analysis, IUI preps, ICSI and AZH. Her background includes both clinical and research lab work and she is currently a member of the American Association of Bioanalysts, ASRM and the College of Reproductive Biology (CRB).
Jodi finds her career extremely gratifying as she works with her colleagues to help patients achieve the dream of having children. As a wife and the mother, she lives in the Twin Cities near her hometown and cherishes the time spent with family and close friends.
Kris, Medical Laboratory Technician
Kris is part of the reproductive biology lab at MCRH, joining the team in 1994. An accomplished clinical lab technician, Kris works in Andrology and Endocrinology and is ASCP certified. She holds an AAS degree from St. Paul Technical College.
Kris values her role at MCRH and says that helping people become a family is a miracle. In addition to spending time with her husband and two children, Kris cherishes her quiet time and spends much of it reading and gardening.
